Caption reads: 'Equipped with blackout drapes, forced ventilation and screen, this is one of several rooms equipped to accommodate large groups when motion pictures are shown. Sliding panels enable this room to be used also as three normal classrooms, if desired.'

Caption reads: 'Classroom units built as temporary solution to rapidly increased post-war enrollment. These units are adequately heated and lighted, even though considered temporary buildings.'

Caption reads: 'Temporary pre-fab metal classroom buildings. Twenty of these units are equipped and used as lecture classrooms. An additional 20 are distributed over the campus and are used to supplement existing laboratories.'

The caption reads: 'A portion of five dormitories are sown in this grouping. Individual rooms have bunk-type beds for two men per room. Each dormitory has central shower and toilet facilities sufficiently large for the needs of the 50 men who live in each unit.' Catalina Hall sits in the bottom right corner of the image.
