Photocopy of a building permit submitted to the city of Santa Monica by builder Frank A. Hellenthal. The permit was for a project by Julia Morgan on the Morgan Davies Estate in 1929. Accompanied by a letter from Dave [Owen?] to Sara Boutelle regarding the building permit for the Marion Davies Estate.
