The dedication for Thanksgiving day has photos and information about the construction of the new church building, designed by William Cody. Inside there is information about parish members and community activity.

Cody stands, arms crossed, near and elaborately decorated piece of furniture (drawer?) and a light fixture.

The Cosmopolitan Building, which include a sign for Law Offices and for Phyllis Jackson. The building is part of the El Paseo complex in Palm Desert.

Text in the bottom left reads: 'The new Tennis Club Hotel in its San Jacinto Mountain jewel-like setting adjacent to the Tennis Club's dining rooms, cocktail facilities and swimming and therapy pools (center) with tennis courts, tennis pro shop and Tennis Club condominiums to the left and Tennis Club bungalows in left foreground. It's easy to see why the Tennis Club Hotel and Bungalows are operating at full capacity and all indications are that this is the Tennis Club's greatest year in its history.

The magazine for May 1974 discusses the easter brunch, the Monte Carlo ball, and the Polynesian party that took place at the Tennis Club. The magazine highlights the Palm Springs Academy of Medicine's tennis competition, celebrity golf, and fishing and hunting opportunities in the area.
