The Ethnic Programming Board was established in 1972 to provide cultural clubs with support and a voting seat on the Student Executive Council of ASI. It supported the five Cal Poly minority clubs: Black Student Union, Chinese Students' Association, Tomo Dachi Kai, Native American Students Association, and MEChA.

Program for the Panahon Na! 'Arts of the Philippines' featuring Luzviminda Dance Troupe and Eskrima Filipino Martial Arts. This is the first annual Panahon Na, which is now known as the Pilipino Cultural Night, an annual event of the Pilipino Cultural Exchange. The A.S.I.
