Mission San Luis Obispo's exterior, with a handwritten message surrounding the perimeter of the image. Message reads: 'My dear Auntie Victors: It is with sad disappointment to us all: we couldn't take our trip. Mama was taken sick Thursday before we started and is only able to be up now. We were going to go Saturday G.C. It was a case of tin poisoning from eating canned soup. G.C.' Sent from 1029 O St. Fresno, California. Addressed to Mrs. H. Victors, San José, California. Note in bottom left hand corner reads: Hawthorn Farm R.D. No.1.

Booklet of postcards which include: On the front cover: Morro Rock and sailboats at the dock. On the back cover: 'Aerial of Morro Bay,' looking west towards Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean. The sand spit crosses the length of the Rock's easter face, dating the photograph to prior to the estuary canal being moved to alongside the Rock's southern face. When the tab is folded out, a 'Greetings from:' message becomes visible and the booklet can be folded out to reveal the rest of the booklet's postcards.  First fold-out postcard: 'Aerial of Morro Rock,' view of Morro Rock and Morro Bay, looking southeast towards San Luis Obispo. Second fold-out postcard: 'Downtown Morro Bay,' view looking west down a street in Morro Bay (possibly Beach Street?). Third fold-out postcard: 'Morro Bay seen from Baywood's multi-flowered coast line,' view of Morro Bay from the back bay in Baywood, with a bed of purple and pink flowers in the foreground. Fourth fold-out postcard: 'Boating at Morro Bay,' several sail boats and one motor boat sail in the bay.
