Text reads: 'Dear Sara, Giovanna Jackson has given your name to me because I am interested in getting together as much history about the home, at 1384 Broadway in Chico. Julia Morgan is supposed to have remodeled it in the 20's-we're not sure of the date. I would greatly appreciate any information you could send me the house and enclosing a stamped envelope. Thank you, Liz Stewart'. In Boutelle's writing, it reads: '[?] Jan 11 '83, gave gist of 11/19/77 Chico paper, + asked her to let me know more. suggested checking directories, bank records.'
