However, it may give you some conception, and also the members of the council an idea of the arrangement of such a park square. | 1 am also sending you a copy of the svecifications for your home place which 1 failed to enclose in the other letter. I should advise saving money on other features rather than on the pergola and bandstand. 1 cannot see how this estimate may be appreciably reduced, and have anything that you would care to look at. if necessary, cut down on light- ing and cut down on planting, and add to the sum already al- lotted for the pergola and bandstand. 1will later show you @ picture of one of the arrangements which 1 approve. 1 will enclose suggestions for an improvement program which 1 hope will be of some help to your organization.
