Back of postcard reads: 'Founded 1772, Indians here made the floor and roof tiles which came into use at all missions, and which influenced so extensively California architecture. The church treasures the original baptismal font used by Father Serra, also an extensive collection of early photographs.' An official California Mission Trails Association card.
